Blephilia ciliata zou je kunnen aanzien voor een kleine roze Phlomis. De kransen rond de stengels staan net zo gerangschikt. Prachtige opbouw. Kan wat lichte schaduw verdragen, altijd fijn. Zon is ook goed. De bloei valt van juni-aug. Bijen-en vlinderlokker.
